Description |
| Classification ID | This is populated automatically and shows the record number for this Classification in STRUMIS. |
| Name | Give your classification a name; for example, Ordered, Currently in QA, Available for use or Quarantined. It is advisable to provide a name that reflects the state of the item it will be connected to. |
| Description | You can optionally give more details about the classification. |
| Color | Choose a colour from the drop-down list. The colour is used when viewing inventory in BIMReview. |
| Available to use | Select this check box to allow the use of inventory items with this classification. Deselect the check box to prevent the use of inventory items with this classification. Items that cannot be used are displayed in the Non Usable tab on the Inventory Search form. |
