Use this form to take a look at the purchasing and sales details of selected items. You can also see how the selected items are managed in Inventory and Production.
The following views are available and can be turned on or off from the Show/ Hide Data section at the top of the form :
§ Outstanding Purchase
Orders
Select this check box to show items on released purchase orders.
§ Outstanding Sales Orders
Select this check box to show items on incomplete sales orders.
§ Current Inventory Status
Select this check box to show items in inventory, grouped by their current
status.
§ Inventory Transactions
Select this check box to show the following
Inventory Transaction Types for the selected items:
§ Purchase Order Receipt
§ Production Cutting
§ Production Assembly
§ Issue to Work Order
§ Sales Order Delivery
§ Last/ Average Purchase
Price
Select this check box to show the last price that you paid for the item,
and the average price for the last 12 months.
§ Last/ Average Selling
Price
Select this check box to show the last price for which you sold the item,
and the average selling price for the last 12 months.
§ Open Production Work
Orders
Select this check box to show items that are currently being managed
through Production. They are grouped
by their Work Order Type.

The available fields for each individual item will not change, however if the information needed to populate a field cannot be found in the database then the field will be blank. |
Further information is available on each line item by using the plus symbol at the start of each line. Where this is applicable. you will be able to see Details about each entry. To close a record back down again select the minus symbol at the start of the entry.
