Cost Centre - Details

Use this form to administer the library of cost centres. All records are searchable using Grid Options.

Fields

Field	Description
Name	This is the given numerical, or alphanumerical, code assigned to the Cost Centre.
Description	Explanation of the designated Name. This field can be used to give a more comprehensive explanation of the Cost Centre.

To add a new Cost Centre

With the new Cost Centre form open, use the available fields to add details about the Cost Centre. When naming the new Cost Centre, remember the naming convention you are using. For example If you are using STRUMIS default codes, these will be in denominations of 10.

If you intend to add a lot of new Cost Centres, consider using the Save As New function to save the new records. This will keep the new Cost Centre form open after each save.

Alternatively, if the number of records to be added is quite large, contact STRUMIS support to discuss the option of importing the new codes via a custom .XML file.
