Use this form to enforce a routing sequence when manually moving work orders through production. Within the Process Sequence tab you can list the processes that can be moved to either forward or backward when they appear either side of the current process in the work order. In Production Options, if the option to Apply Process Sequence Restrictions is not applied then this menu is not available.

In Production Options, under the General heading, restrictions are broken into two options. You can choose to restrict moving process forwards, backwards, both or have no restrictions at all.
If a restriction is active, and any of the processes listed in the process sequence form appear next on the work order, then you are able to move to this process. If the processes listed on the process sequence do not appear on the work order, and you are attempting to move an item to the next stage, the restriction will apply and prevent this from happening.
To select processes to restrict movements to, select one or several from the drop down menu. Only processes held in the database will be available for selection.

Be aware that processes can become conflicted when attempting to apply restrictions. |
If the Apply Process Sequence Restrictions is set to false for both movements forward and backward, then no routing sequence is enforced. This is also true if the form is left blank in the process itself.
