Default Assembly Classification

This is the default classification to be used in the inventory for assembled marks.

Default Assembly Report

The report that runs when you select Actions > Print from the Production Assembly form.

Console Reports 1 to 5

In Production Console there is the option to choose from five user specified production reports. These will be found by selecting Actions> Print Reports.

 This is where the available reports are chosen.

Default Cutting Report

The report that runs when you select Actions > Print from the Production Cutting form.

Apply Process Sequence Restrictions When Moving Backwards

Prevents you from moving back to a previous process unless it is listed in the Process Sequence of the current process.

Apply Process Sequence Restrictions When Moving Forwards

Prevents you from moving forward to the next process unless it is listed in the  Process Sequence of the current process.

Apply User Role Production Movement Restrictions for Each Production Process

Allows groups of users to be assigned permission to move items to and from production processes.

CAM Profile Cut Also Does CAM Square Cut

When set, a profile cut includes a square cut. Use this if you have a machine that does both processes at the same time (for example a robotic arm). This will identify the process as a profile cut, inclusive of the item's CAM requirements.

Create One DSTV File Per Mark Item

Set this option to create one DSTV file to send to the workstation in production control even if there are multiple mark items on different drawings or phases. This option does not work for FENICE+ workstations because the cutting plan and parent bar reference is lost. (Please note that drawing, mark, phase, lot and barcode uniqueness are also lost when this option is set.)

Cutting Tolerance

The amount that the sum of the lengths of the cuts can be above the original bar length.

Default Assembly Cost Code

The default cost code to apply to assembly marks.

Default Delete History When Moving Backwards in Production Control

Production control movement history is deleted when moving items backwards in production control.

Default Max Rows in Production Control

Specifies the default number of item lines displayed in the grid on the Production Control form.

Enforce Work Order Process Sequence

This option forces any movements to adhere to the processes defined on the production work order. Disable this option to allow production processes to be skipped if necessary.

Hide Move Button on Production Console

This option sets the visibility of the Move button on the Production Console form.

Restrict Delivery Note Items to Same Facility

When items are added to a delivery note, if this option is selected then all items must originate from the same facility.

Angle Nesting Engine to Use

Specify the nesting engine to use for angle nesting.

Apply Item Marking

Should the nesting application apply marking (Stamp Text) to Mark Items?

Item Grouping Template

The definition of the grouping label (e.g. SigmaNest Work Order) to apply to nested items. The following placeholders are supported: %CONTRACT%, %PHASE%, %LOT%, %DRAWING%, %PARENTMARK%, %MARK%, %MARKITEM%.

Linear Nesting Engine to Use

Specify the nesting engine to use for linear sections.

Plate Nesting Engine to Use

Specify the nesting engine to use for plate nesting.

Plate Nesting Units

The units (metric/imperial) that the plate nesting engine is pre-configured to run in. Select 'Use Selected' if the engine can switch between units when run.

Prompt User to Edit a Nest

Allows the user to edit the nest in the nesting application when the nesting engine stops.

Show the Nesting Application When Performing a Nest

Determines whether the nesting application is visible when it is running.

Stamp Text Height

The specified height of the stamped text, This operates in a similar way to  a Part's Auto Text in SigmaNest.

Detailed Planning Margins in Weeks

Specify the number of weeks to display before and after the Start and To date range.

Detailed Planning Number of Weeks Displayed

Specify the default number of weeks to be displayed for the schedule.

Long Range Planning Margins in Weeks

Specify the number of weeks to display before and after the Start and To date range.

Long Range Planning Number of Weeks Displayed

Specify the default number of weeks to be displayed for the schedule.

Process to Link Detailed Planning and Long Range Planning

The production process selected that will connect the two planning systems.

Update Long Range Planning When Scheduling Lots to Detailed Planning

When you select this option, any new dates added to the Lots in detailed planning will also be updated in the Long Range Planning

Default Setting for "Swap Bar/Sheet Locations" on the Enter Cutting Info form

Specify whether the Swap Bar/Sheet Locations check box is selected by default on the Enter Cutting Info form.

Default Setting for "Use Production Templates" on the Generate Work Order Wizard

Specify whether the Use Production Templates check box is selected by default when you run the Generate Contract Work Orders Wizard.

Default Setting for Marks: Create Production Work Order

Specify whether the Create Production Work Order check box is selected by default when you create contract marks either manually or by using a CAD Interface.

Specify whether the Automatically issue inventory to production (Backflush) check box is selected by default when you create non-steel items.

Specify whether the Create Production Work Order check box is selected by default when you create non-steel items.

Nested Editable CAM Prompt

The action taken when an edited CAM file for the nested process is found.
