About facilities

A facility is a branch of your company that is run autonomously. You may have one facility or many. You can divide a facility up into several locations, for example, your Leicester facility may have a workshop location, a storage location and an off-site third-party paint shop location. Use the Location form to define locations and link them to a facility.

Many STRUMIS reports are at the facility level, for example, you can generate a production report for a facility. Most records are also facility-specific. A notable exception to this is the item library, which is shared by all of the facilities that you set up.

How do I access facilities?

From the sidebar menu, go to System > Facility.
