there are three distinct tabs available to search with, each with there own functions. These are as follows:

There are a number of different options available to narrow the search parameters when looking for Inventory Transactions:

The each transaction will have a specific name. These names are representative of the type of transaction contained within the record. For example, an Inventory adjustment might look like this: ADJ- 00000, depending on the mask used in the Items and Inventory Options. Enter the specific name to search for this record. |
Transaction Type |
Use the drop down to specify the nature of the transactions to include in the seach. for. For example, if you are looking for facility transfer records, select this option here. If you do not wish to search by transaction type, leave this field set as <all>. |

|
Date From/to |
Enter and upper and/or lower limit to the time line within which the transactions in the grid may have occured. |

Max Rows |
Set max rows to 0 to receive all possible results to the grid, including those above the 1000 row limit. Be cautious when utilising max rows in the Inventory search form as a large quantity of records being returned as a result of the search may take some time to load, |
Only show Open Transactions |
When the search takes place, all results will be visible in the grid, including completed (closed) transactions. Tick the box to prevent those closed records from appearing in the grid. |
