This form shows the marks in the Contract Detailed Listing. It allows you to define lots, assign marks to the lots and release lotted marks for Nesting and Ordering. You can also "un-release" and "un-lot" marks.

Contract |
Not available to edit. Shows the name of the contract with which you are working. This is automatically populated when the Detail List is created and the Lotting module becomes active for that Contract. |
Facility |
Not available to edit. Shows the name of the facility. This information is generated from the Details form on the Contract. See Contract Details form more information. |
Description |
Not available to edit. Shows the description taken from the Details tab of the Contract. See Contract Details form more information. |
Total Quantity of Selected Marks |
As marks are selected in the grid, regardless of the tab, the count will reflect the number of records highlighted. |
Selected Marks Weight (selected unit) |
The weight of each highlighted mark in the grid will be added up and displayed in this field. This information will be collected from the weights designated to the marks in the Detail List. The weight unit will change depending on which option is selected in the Home tab of the Contract Ribbon. See Units for more information. |
The grid shows the marks that are in the Detailed Listing for the connected Contract. Use the Actions button options to define lots, assign marks to lots and release marks for nesting and ordering.

The Actions button gives you the following menu options:

View Mark Status |
Select this option to view the Mark Status form. |
View Item Status |
Select this option to view the Item Status form. |
Lot |
Opens the Production Lotting – Move form, where you can define lots and assign marks to the lots. See also: |
Un Lot |
Removes the selected marks (on the Lotted tab) from lots. Marks are returned to the Not Lotted tab. |
Batch Update Contract Mark |
Opens the Batch Update Marks form to allow you to change the properties of one or more marks. See Batch update marks. |
Release |
Releases the selected marks (on the Lotted grid) for Nesting and Ordering. |
Un Release |
Moves the selected marks from the Released tab to the Lotted tab. These marks are no longer available for Nesting and Ordering. This function will depend on the status of the mark and where in the process it currently is. If the mark has had work orders generated then it will need to be removed from production, un-nested and then un-released. |
View Lots |
Opens the Contract Lots form to allow you to view or edit the lots for this Contract. |
View Drawing |
You can display the related CAD drawing or the document management status. |
BIM Review |
You can highlight selected marks or use one of the pre-defined views using the BIMReview viewer. |
Refresh Grid |
Refreshes the grid on the selected tab to display the latest position of all the marks for this Contract. |
